Data Deletion

You are in control of your data. This page explains how to delete the information Glowmark holds about you, including anything connected through Google, Facebook, or Instagram.

Disconnect a platform (stops access immediately)

If you connected your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or Instagram account, you can disconnect it at any time from your Glowmark settings. Disconnecting immediately revokes Glowmark's access to that platform, and we stop reading or publishing anything on it.

Delete your account and data

To have your Glowmark account and all associated personal data deleted, do either of these:

• In the app, open Settings and choose to delete your account, or
• Email us at hello@glowmark.ai from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data".

We will confirm and permanently delete your personal data, and any data obtained through your connected Google, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, basic billing records).

Deleting data connected through Facebook or Instagram

If you signed in or connected through Facebook and want the data Glowmark received via Facebook removed, disconnect the platform as above and email hello@glowmark.ai with your request. You can also review and remove Glowmark's access from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
