These Terms govern your use of the Glowmark website at https://glowmark.ai and tools such as the Glow Check (the "Service"), operated by AdForce. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate anyone's rights.

The Glow Check and reports

The Glow Check produces an automated assessment of a Google Business Profile using publicly available data. It is provided for general information only. We do our best to make it useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes.

Waitlist and future plans

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to buy, and pricing and plan details shown as "coming soon" may change before launch. Any future paid service will be governed by the terms presented at that time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the Glowmark name, logo, and content, is owned by AdForce and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdForce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. When we update them, we will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
